A 36 year old man was caught committing human trafficking on 25 November 2014.
According to the available information, policemen of the Hajdú-Bihar Central Police Station were checking the identity of the driver and the passengers of a Romanian minivan on Balmazújvárosi Út, Debrecen. During the identity check it turned out that the passengers, two Kosovar adults and four Kosovar children, had no legal documents and the driver intended to smuggle them to Germany.
A procedure was initiated against the perpetrator on reasonable suspicion of human trafficking.
